Description from the seller

Caton-pattern glassware service attributed to the Saint-Louis manufactory, one of the most iconic and historic collections of French crystal, characterized by the broad ribbed cut and the baluster base.Originally created in 1877, this model is appreciated for its sturdiness and timeless design, and remains today a staple of Saint-Louis production.

The glasses bear no signature, as the manufactory did not place its mark before 1937.

It features a cup with a series of hand-cut facets that give brilliance to the crystal with a baluster knob above the stem’s circular base.

The service typically includes several sizes for water, wine, liqueur glasses, and flutes.

The service consists of 24 pieces:
6 Water, approximately 15 x 9.5 cm
6 Wine, approximately 12.5 x 7.8 cm
6 Liqueur, approximately 10 x 5.8 cm
6 Flutes, approximately 16.5 x 6.5 cm
See listing for the conditions and measurements of all pieces.

I do not ship outside the European Union.

The lot will be carefully packed and shipped in a reinforced polystyrene box.
