The Bose 301 Series III is an iconic set of passive bookshelf speakers, produced in the 1990s, known for its Direct/Reflection speaker design. By letting some of the sound go directly into the room and reflecting the rest off the walls, these speakers mimic the spaciousness of a live concert. The tweeters are somewhat cosmetically damaged but that has no effect on their operation.
