Description from the seller
Po' di Poli Grappa Elegante
Small-batch artisanal distillation using a copper still with steam-heated pots in a discontinuous cycle.
The aroma is reminiscent of a bouquet of roses, lilies, and gardenias. The taste is smooth and pleasant.
Bottle: 5
Alc. 40%
____________
To preserve its full aromatic profile, Poli Distillerie designed a bottle with a very narrow neck specifically for the PO’ line—a presentation that lends even greater elegance to this delicate Grappa.
PO’ di Poli Elegante is produced by distilling pomace from Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco grapes—two varieties considered among the finest and most interesting of the many that exist.
This Grappa takes its name from its refined, velvety taste, an experience harmoniously enhanced by notes of dried flowers, hay, and juniper. Thanks to steam distillation, the aromas of the fermenting grape must are infused into the Grappa, resulting in a clean, gentle spirit.
