Superb dictionary of decorative arts in 2 volumes illustrated with 574 engravings and 17 plates not in the main text, some in color. 1080 pages + 5 pages of preface. Bound in half leather, spine with 5 raised nerves decorated with gold-title and volume numbers. Very good condition with a few minor abrasions on the boards, spine, and corners. This work dates from 1885, but no date appears on these copies.
