These rugs are hand-knotted in Nepal. They are somewhat coarser with modern patterns but are also inspired by Chinese carpets. Currently, they often feature pastel colors to meet Western demand.

Ces tapis sont noués main au Népal. Ils sont un peu plus grossiers avec des motifs modernes mais s’inspirent aussi des tapis chinois. Actuellement, ils portent souvent des couleurs pastel pour répondre à la demande occidentale.
