Lamp - Metal - Mid-Century pendant lamp

A characterful mid-century pendant lamp with a pronounced Scandinavian appearance. The combination of a deep Bordeaux-red metal shade and the wide ring of brushed aluminium gives this lamp a timeless and architectural character. The design is sleek, functional and at the same time decorative – exactly what Scandinavian design from the 60s and 70s is known for.

The open construction provides a pleasant, indirect light distribution. The light is directed downward through the white reflector, while the aluminium outer ring creates a subtle floating effect. This makes the lamp particularly suitable above a dining table, kitchen island or in a modern interior with mid-century, vintage or industrial influences.

Although the designer or manufacturer could not be identified with certainty, the styling shows clear similarities with Scandinavian lighting from the 1970s, where simplicity, high-quality materials and a thoughtful light distribution were central. Such designs were produced by several Danish manufacturers and are still loved for their minimalist appearance and excellent functionality.

In good vintage condition with normal signs of use appropriate to age. On the red shade there is a small paint defect, visible in the photos.
