Description from the seller

Very long Neolithic axe (almost 20 cm!) with a nicely finished edge, made from flint/agate with a beautiful patina and color.
These objects were made in the Sahara Neolithic (Tenerean) by skilled craftsmen who also made arrowheads from the same material.
Agate is exceptionally hard and efficient as a tool.
No restorations, in very good condition, apart from a few recent damages visible from the color difference at the front left on the top side of the axe.
