Paten - Copper - Renaissance paten

Family heirloom owned by my grandmother for over 100 years. A copper host paten (wafer holder) for the Eucharist with a central relief depicting a deity and, on the sides, the 12 Holy Apostles; Renaissance to post-medieval. 19th century, in excellent condition, small restoration—welding at the edge.
