Table lamp - Bronze, Marble - Hollywood Regency Style

Sophisticated Hollywood Regency-style table lamp, from France, made in the 1960s/1970s.

The centerpiece is a freestanding sculpture cast in patinated bronze that stylizes a giraffe reaching for the leaves of a palm tree. The original patina on the metal is preserved in an extraordinary way, showing an aged golden shine with subtle darkened areas that enhance the intricate chiseled details on the palm trunk and the animal's body.

The structure rests firmly on a sturdy and elegant circular base of polished marble or alabaster in cream tones with very gentle natural veining, providing the visual and physical weight typical of high-quality lighting pieces from that era.
