If the package is damaged or tampered with, it must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery. • WORKING HOURS AND COMMUNICATIONS (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY): Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Italian local time) Friday 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Italian local time). Orders and messages are handled in chronological order. • TECHNICAL INFORMATION (READ CAREFULLY): For all watches, before shipping, their proper functioning is checked. For all watches with a date function, to avoid possible damage to the movement, do not manually adjust the date with the crown if the time on the watch is between 8:00 PM and 3:00 AM; this rule applies to all watches with a date function. • WARRANTY INFORMATION (READ CAREFULLY): Please note that you will not receive any fiscal document with the goods, as all online transactions we conduct are recorded in the sales register as required by current Italian law. The invoice or fiscal receipt is mandatory only if requested by the customer immediately after payment. To take advantage of the warranty, you must present only and exclusively the card that you will receive with the watch. IMPORTANT: For buyers outside Europe, customs duties and import charges are fully borne by the buyer.
