A vintage, Germany-made anniversary clock, also known as a 400-day clock, with a brass and black enamel finish and delicate floral motifs on the dial, the pillars, and the base.

The clock features a round black dial with gold numerals and a central bouquet of flowers. It is supported by two black pillars with floral motifs, resting on a round black base with a matching floral motif. The torsion pendulum mechanism is visible beneath the dial.
