LEGO Set - 751 - Architecture - Architecture Hobby and Model Box

With box and original manual.
The box has some color wear and small cracks from use and age. Otherwise still in good condition. Same for the manual.

I checked the inventory; about 80% of the pieces are original Pat Pend pieces. Since there is no original inventory list available, I cannot say with certainty whether this set is originally complete.

Originally there was a cardboard ruler included; I no longer have that.
Only the box, the manual, and the pieces as I found the inventory on the Internet.
