Lanco 15 Rubis Pocket Watch – Swiss Made – Not Working – For Restoration
Offered is a vintage Lanco open-face pocket watch. Founded in Switzerland in 1873, Lanco (Langendorf Watch Company) became well known for producing reliable mechanical watches and pocket watches throughout the first half of the 20th century.
This example features a white dial signed Lanco and 15 Rubis, indicating a 15-jewel hand-wound mechanical movement. The dial also features an inner 24-hour scale, subsidiary seconds at 6 o'clock, and is marked Swiss Made.
The watch is not in working order and is offered as a restoration project, for spare parts, or as a collectible display piece.
