Description from the seller

Elegant Portuguese Porcelain Teapot with Moulded Vine Decoration
Portugal, late 20th century
An elegant white porcelain teapot distinguished by its beautifully sculpted relief decoration of intertwining vines, grape clusters and foliage. The refined organic design, graceful proportions and excellent modelling create a timeless piece that combines functionality with decorative appeal.
Crafted from fine quality porcelain with a luminous white glaze, the teapot reflects the high standards of Portuguese ceramic craftsmanship. The sophisticated relief work and harmonious silhouette are reminiscent of museum-inspired decorative tableware produced in Portugal during the late twentieth century.
The design closely resembles pieces created for prestigious museum collections, including examples associated with the Metropolitan Museum of Art. As this example no longer retains its original label or maker’s mark, the exact manufacturer cannot be confirmed.
