Description from the seller

Napoleonic tin figurines lot - "Les Étains du Prince" - First Empire
Description:
A lot of collectible tin figurines from the famous French brand "Les Étains du Prince", tracing the period of the First Empire and Napoleon I's Grande Armée.
Each figurine rests on its original wooden base with its nominative identification plate, except 4 (see photos, including one figure with a detached arm). The details of the uniforms, weapons, and expressions are of great finesse, characteristic of the craftsmanship of the manufactory.
The lot includes notably:
Historical Figures & Sovereigns: The Emperor Napoleon, Empress Marie-Louise (1791-1847).
The Marshals of the Empire: Marshal Mortier (Duke of Treviso), Marshal Berthier (Prince of Wagram - Coronation Costume), Marshal Masséna (Duke of Rivoli), Marshal Davout (Duke of Auerstaedt).
The Generals: General Desvaux de St Maurice, General Drouot ("The Sage of the Grande Armée"), General Chouard, General Desaix.
Imperial Guard and Elite Corps: Imperial Guard - 2nd Regiment of Light Horse Lancers (with its fabric/paper banner "Value and Discipline"), Infantry Sapper of the Imperial Guard, Drum of the 1st Regiment of Grenadiers à Pied (1810), Mameluke Officer (1805), Cantiniere of the Chasseurs à Pied.
Other officers and scenes: Colonel Krasinski (Commanding the 1st Regiment of Light Horse), Baron Larrey (Inspector General of the Health Service) as well as artillery/sitting soldiers with a chest.
Condition: Good overall. Some signs of light use due to age (see detailed photos for the precise condition of each figurine). The tin retains its lovely patina.
Shipping: Shipped by Colissimo.
