For collectors, different colors are regarded as distinct variants. About the model manufacturer On the packaging it only says: “Russo-Balt. Model car. Scale 1:43.” Such models were produced in small runs by Russian manufacturers for collectors’ models. They: feature a metal chassis (Die-Cast); are equipped with many individual parts; were assembled in small batches; are no longer produced today. Historical background information The real Russo-Balt works were the first large Russian automobile factory. They produced automobiles from about 1909 to 1918 in Riga, before production was partially evacuated during the First World War.
