ARTIS Art Gallery: The Renewal of Artistic Authenticity
In a world where art has too often become a mass-market product, where name supersedes talent and where industrial production replaces the hand of the artist, ARTIS Art Gallery is committed to selling only works that meet strict criteria of excellence.
Our mission is simple but radical: to restore the true nobility to the act of authentic creation.
Our commitment: real art, with brave artists who are, above all, hardworking.
We travel across Asia in search of genuine talent, artists whose work is not reduced to a commercial strategy. To us, a work of art is not a standardized commodity. At ARTIS Art Gallery, every piece we offer meets strict criteria:
100% Handmade: Each work is the result of meticulous artisanal work, where the artist’s hand is the sole driving force of creation.
Guaranteed uniqueness: We reject industrial reproduction, outsourcing, and factory production systems. What you purchase is a unique work, conceived and realized by the artist themselves.
The signature as commitment: each work is personally signed by its creator. This signature is not merely a formality; it is the seal of authenticity and proof that the artist fully owns their work, from the initial sketch to the finish. We refuse signatures on printed boards; only hand-signed works by the artist are accepted, otherwise we reject the works.

Against “Art Marketing”
We firmly oppose the current trend of selling “names” rather than works. Buying a “decorative” piece produced in series, with no real intervention by the artist, is like purchasing a fashion accessory: its value fades as soon as marketing loses steam.
We prefer to rely on the intrinsic quality of the work. An artist who takes time to create, who shapes every detail and invests their soul in their work is the one who will leave a lasting mark. If we cannot predict the future, we deeply believe that authentic works are the only investments that, over time, grow in depth, emotion, and value, where purely promotional products fade away.

Why choose a work from ARTIS Art Gallery?
By choosing a work with us, you do not merely acquire a piece of art. You support:
1. Emerging talent: You enable talented artists to live from their art without compromising their integrity.
2. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who created your work and how it was made.
A true guarantee of acquiring a piece created by the artist themselves and not a vulgar outsourcing, under the pretext that the artist is already known in the art world.
3. Lasting investment: You are investing in artistic reality rather than in marketing illusion.
4. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was made.
A genuine guarantee of acquiring a piece created by the artist themselves, and not a vulgar outsourcing, is the bond between those who seek truth in art and those who create it with passion, patience, and talent.

Artist biography: Nguyen Robert (born 1958)
Born in 1958 in Ben Tre, an authentic village tucked in the heart of the Mekong Delta, Nguyen Robert is a Franco-Vietnamese artist whose work is distinguished by a singular fusion of Asian traditions and Western artistic influences. From a young age, he was fascinated by the rural architecture of his surroundings, the lines of traditional houses, the volumes of floating markets, the shadows cast by water palms—elements that would become the foundation of his visual language.

Always based in his homeland region, Nguyen Robert over the decades developed a deeply contemporary, modern, and decidedly architectural style. His paintings explore structures, lines, urban rhythms, and geometric abstraction, while preserving a poetic sensitivity intrinsic to Vietnamese culture.

His Franco-Vietnamese heritage enriches his approach: he borrows from the West the rigor of modern compositions and the boldness of contrasts, while his Vietnamese soul infuses his works with softness, spirituality, and fluidity. The result is a pictorial universe where modernity meets the timeless, where geometry dialogues with light, creating paintings of strong visual power.

Recognized for his ability to transform everyday life into abstract landscapes, Nguyen Robert today is regarded as one of the singular voices in the Delta Mekong’s contemporary painting. He continues his work in his studio in Ben Tre, surrounded by the landscapes that shaped his identity, and continues to exhibit in several galleries in Asia and Europe, captivating collectors and art lovers seeking deeply modern, structured, and vibrant works.
