Vintage first aid/medical kit with original contents – Red Cross – France
Description
A special vintage medical/first aid case in a dark green finish, featuring multiple recognizable Red Cross symbols. A decorative and authentically looking collectible object with nice signs of use and patina.
The case is equipped with metal clasps and handle and has contrasting stitching around the edges. Inside there is a beautiful geometric pattern.
Even more interesting is that the case still contains a collection of older medical and pharmaceutical supplies. In the pictures you can see packaging of Steri-Strip, Micropore, Codigan, bandage and suture material, and various other French medical products. This contents is included as part of the collectible object and is intended solely for collection/decoration, not for medical use.
The case is in used vintage condition. There are scratches, wear, discoloration and signs of age on the exterior and metal hardware. These signs of use contribute to the character of the object. Please inspect the photos carefully; they form an important part of the description.
