Description from the seller
Graflex Revolving Back Series D (The Folmer Graflex Corporation, Rochester, USA)
Production period: 1927 - 1947
Image format: 4 x 5
Lens: Carl Zeiss Jena Tessar 4.5 / 180mm
Cloth focal-plane shutter -/1000
Fold-out finder (see photos)
Serial number – Case: ?
Serial number – Lens: 961768 ~ 1929
Condition:
The cosmetic condition can be described as good to very good (see photos). The high-quality lens is clear and without scratches. On one lens there appears to be a very slight haze, which I could not capture photographically. Due to lack of expertise, the focal-plane shutter could not be examined further. The cloth of the shutter appears intact (see photo no. 13). The folding finder is intact, as is the matte screen in the finder. The bellows are in good condition. All settings operate smoothly. One of the supports of the carrying handle is torn (see photo).
