Omega - Speedmaster Day-Date - 2627-5 SC - Men - 1954

Splendid and very rare 35 mm OMEGA Seamaster Calendar, dating from around 1950.
Directly from my grandfather, the owner before me.

Among the first Seamaster Calendar models produced by OMEGA, it features the rare automatic caliber 353. It stands out for its truly original Honeycomb dial (Wasp Nest/Nido d’Ape) and for the distinctive square date window, features highly sought after by collectors.

Watch is completely original in every part. An authentic piece of OMEGA history, extremely difficult to find in this configuration. (To be serviced, bracelet replaced in the mid-1950s with period steel)
