Pair of gilded carved wood mirrors in the Rococo style dating from the 18th century, with a central oval frame and mercury mirrors, externally 70 cm high by 55 cm wide and internally 30 cm high by 5 cm wide, in good condition.

Pair of 18th-century gilded and carved wooden mirrors/ventolines.
The supporting structure features a central oval form enclosed by a richly decorative apparatus following the rocaille repertoire.
The upper part presents an asymmetric development with large volutes, acanthus leaves, and stylized shell motifs.
The lower apron, a visual relieving element, is ornamented with foliate elements that mask the anchorage point of the two arms.
In the center is housed a mercury-backed period mirror, enclosed by an internal beaded molding.
Provenance: Rome, 18th century.
