Up for auction is the iconic LEGO Technic "Car Transporter" (#42098). This substantial model is an excellent example of engineering in LEGO form, offering a challenging build and highly realistic functionality.
Status: This is a retired set; it was officially retired by LEGO in March 2021 and is no longer available in retail stores.
Condition: This set is 100% complete with all original parts. It includes the original instruction booklet. Please note that the original box is not included.
The Set: With 2,493 pieces, this is a large-scale build featuring a tilting driver's cab to reveal a V6 engine, and a transportable car with a detailed V8 piston engine.
Storage: The set has been handled with care and stored in a smoke-free, pet-free environment.
