Up for auction this wonderful 1947 Omega Automatic “Pre-Seamaster” Ref. 2491-1
The still FACTORY ORIGINAL (non-refurbished) dial has developed a nice even patina. Which is quite exceptional.
The stainless steel case measures 34,4mm and has regular signs of wear which are congruent to the age of the watch. Overall nice state.. Lug Width: 18mm, Thickness: 10.7mm, Lug to Lug: 42.5mm
The watch is powered by the inhouse Cal. 342 Bumper Automatic Movement
This watch was professionally serviced in 2021.
It’s fitted on a high quality vintage stainless steel DBGM mesh bracelet
