Universal Genève Automatic Microrotor Date ref. 569117 – circa 1969 – caliber 1-69
Very beautiful Universal Genève automatic watch dating from the late 1960s, reference 569117, equipped with the famous Universal Genève microrotor movement 1-69.
This piece is distinguished by its elegant square/cushion-shaped gold-plated case, its brushed champagne dial, its applied gold indices and its date window at 3 o'clock.
The watch is powered by an automatic movement signed Universal Genève, with the markings “Microrotor”, “1-69” and “Universal Genève Swiss” visible on the movement.
The interior of the case back bears the Universal Genève signature as well as the reference 569117, which confirms the coherence of the whole.
The overall condition is good for a watch of this age.
The case shows normal signs of wear as well as visible wear to the plating in places, especially on exposed areas, which is consistent with its age.
The dial shows a beautiful vintage patina and maintains a harmonious presentation.
The plexiglass crystal shows minor scratches from use that are visible under light, but do not hinder reading the time.
The crown is original.
The leather strap is mounted on the watch and is included in the sale.
