This professional Z1 is from 1991 and was at the time the flagship of Pentax's autofocus analog cameras. With the introduction of the KAF2 lens mount with the extra contacts for the Power Zooms, new features were developed. The shutter ranges from 30 seconds to 1/8000 in auto mode and manual; there are 3 exposure methods, and even digital DA lenses can be used. This set includes a book (German) describing all the camera's capabilities; the manual (Dutch) is also present.
The Z1 body (no 5854220) is in very good condition; all functions have been tested and work. It has not been tested with film, but this camera has an excellent durability reputation. The viewfinder is bright and clean, as is the LCD window. The built-in flash works.
What is missing is the rubber eyecup. The wired remote control is present.
Two batteries are included, also for the SFX, and an original neck strap.
Lens 1 is the well-known SMC Pentax-F 50/1.7 (no 1103759). Everything works as it should; the glass is clean with very few specks of dust. There is a filter and a lens hood included, as well as the original front lens cap.
Lens 2 is the SMC Pentax 28-80 Power Zoom (no 3234864). It is looking almost like new and functions perfectly. Comes with 2 original lens caps.
As a backup camera, a Pentax SFX (no 3849711). This is from the same period but a simpler model. The camera looks as new and everything works with feature tests but no film test. Comes with body cap. The battery is the same as the Z1’s, a new one is included. The manual (Dutch) is also present.
The whole weighs 3.5 kilograms and will only be shipped within the EU.
