Important and rare complete Portuguese Art Deco office set, executed in 1934 by the atelier António Pereira Dias Sobrinho, accompanied by original atelier documentation. The set is composed of a secretary, a wardrobe, a safe, a mirror, an armchair, two chairs, and a pair of decorative columns, forming a complete and homogeneous office, with the same aesthetic language across all pieces. The furniture displays typical characteristics of the Art Deco / Portuguese modernist period, with geometric lines, carved elements, stylized vegetal decoration, wood panels with decorative grain, metal handles with red elements and applications in darker contrasting wood. The most unusual piece in the set is the safe, integrated in the same decorative style as the remaining furniture. The exterior features a door with red pleated fabric and carved elements, while the interior preserves a metal security door and a decorative door with a landscape painting, depicting a bridge, trees, and a river landscape, framed by Art Deco-inspired geometric motifs. The interior also includes drawers and compartments, with keys. The secretary features a top with a central red area under glass, sides with decorated doors, and a front with Art Deco carvings. The wardrobe follows the same decorative composition, with side doors in wood and a central area with a red curtain. The rectangular mirror has a carved wood frame, in harmony with the rest of the set. The two decorative columns, the armchair, and the two chairs complete the office. The set is accompanied by original atelier documentation dated January 3, 1934 and November 14, 1934, relating to the execution of the furniture. This detail adds historical interest, authenticity, and provenance value to the set. It is a rare set due to its integrity, decorative quality, and original documentation, suitable for collectors of Portuguese furniture, Art Deco interiors, historical decoration, or display spaces. Good overall condition, considering age and use. The safe preserves its interior, metal door, drawers, and decorative painting. The chairs and armchair show old upholstery in pink/red tones.
