Yashica - Mat EM (6x6) | TLR Analogue camera

In this lot we offer a splendid and elegant twin-lens reflex camera for 6x6 cm medium format on 120 roll film: the Yashica-Mat EM, produced in Japan starting in 1964. This model combines the charm of classic analog photography with outstanding mechanical robustness. It is equipped with the taking lens Yashinon 80mm f/3.5, the viewing lens Yashinon 80mm f/3.2, and a Copur-MXV central shutter. The lot includes the original black leather case and the front double cap.
Optics: Both lenses show clean, clear glass and are completely free of mold, fungus, or deep scratches. The bluish anti-reflective coating on the front is well preserved.
Mechanical: The top-level waist-level viewfinder opens and closes firmly, and the internal magnifier is sharp. The side film-advance crank and shutter cocking operate smoothly. The shutter fires at the various speeds.
Aesthetics: Excellent overall vintage condition. The black faux-leather covering is intact and well glued; the chrome finishes and the lettering are crisp, as visible in the photo.
