For sale is a beautiful and exceptionally well-preserved historical ebullioscope (ebulliometer) used to determine the alcohol content in wine and alcoholic liquids. The scientific precision instrument dates from the 1920s (insurance date in the case from 11.02.1929).

Manufacturer: E. Malligand Fils, Paris (known for highly developed oenological measurement devices).
Distribution: Original dealer sign on the box from Dr. E. Mela & C., Dottori in Chimica, Genova (Italy).
Condition & completeness: The set is in excellent, almost complete collector's condition for its age.
