Vendex Blue - Strongbox (2) - Metal - Elegant Cash Box Set

An exceptional and increasingly scarce matching set of two original Vendex Blue cash boxes, manufactured in the Netherlands around circa 1955. Finished in their attractive original hammered blue coating, these high-quality Dutch-designed strongboxes are a fine example of functional mid-century industrial craftsmanship.

Finding a single Vendex cash box in this size is already uncommon; finding a matching pair in such large dimensions and in this excellent original condition is exceptionally rare. Their clean lines, robust construction and timeless Dutch design make them highly desirable for collectors of industrial design, vintage security equipment and decorative interiors.

Both cash boxes retain their original locking mechanisms and are supplied with keys:

* Smaller cash box supplied with 2 original keys

Both locks function properly.

The original textured blue finish has been beautifully preserved, with only light signs of age and use consistent with careful storage over the decades. The interiors are exceptionally clean and well preserved.
