This stunning French Art Nouveau zinc alloy figurine (circa 1890–1910) shows a female figure with a dish and wings, standing on a pedestal bearing the inscription "VENDANGE" (French for "harvest"). The figurine is a beautiful example of the organic, flowing lines characteristic of the Art Nouveau movement in France.
The figurine stands 45 cm tall and 14 cm wide, and displays fine detail in the clothing, wings, and pedestal. The zinc alloy (spelter) has developed a lovely, natural patina, enhancing its antique charm. The condition is excellent, with only light wear consistent with age.
This unique piece would be a showpiece in any collection of French Art Nouveau zinc figurines, or decorative art from the Belle Époque. Ideal for collectors, interior designers, or lovers of historical sculptures.
