Laguiole - Bougna - Pocketknife Contemporary

Laguiole Bougna pocket knife or folding knife made of colored pakkawood with a corkscrew in a beautiful case with a sharpening steel, belt sheath, and oil to keep the knife well maintained.

The spring with milled decorations on the back of the handle together with the famous Laguiole bee. Also the shepherd's cross is on the handle. This emblem against which shepherds on their long treks across the land could pray for their meal, with the knife stuck in the bread. The French shepherds also enjoyed wine, and as a result there were versions made with a corkscrew, of which this is one.

Laguiole
The well-known knife from France is originally a beautiful functional pocket knife. Laguiole is not a brand name, but a reference to a French village. It was designed with as its starting point a Spanish pocket knife called navaja and a local French dagger called capuchadou.
