This Denon DRS-640 is a stereo cassette deck with Dolby B / C and HX-Pro noise reduction, and it was first sold by Denon in 1993 with a suggested price of USD 300.
The main features of the Denon DRS-640 are:
Two heads, digital tape counter with 4 digits, automatic tape type selection and suitable for normal, chrome and metal tapes, belt-driven and transport with a single capstan.
Typisch voorlader cassettecompartiment aan de linkerkant van het deck.
Tape loading is motorized and the cassette must be placed horizontally in the tray.
Level meters used on the DRS-640 are general digital peak meters.
Fully logical transport controls used on the DRS-640 allow it to respond.
All major transport commands can be issued remotely with a wireless remote control, see photos for status.
