Rare vase / Sculptural jug model 958 - Roberto Rigon for Bertoncello Ceramiche d'Arte - 1960s/1970s

Sculptural vase in the shape of a jug, model 958, designed by Roberto Rigon for the Bertoncello Ceramiche D'Arte factory (Schiavon, Italy) at the cusp of the 1960s and 1970s.
The piece is characterized by an asymmetrical line with a slender profile and a geometric perforated-ring handle. It features the typical tactile finish called "Screziato Tabacco", with a textured surface in shades of brown, ochre and beige.
The base bears the model number 958 and shows the characteristic white clay base partially unglazed.
