Interesting large frame (C1) "Guilloché" in mid-1700s ebony-wood veneer with a box-frame construction
Of good size: 66.5 x 82 cm approx external, inner opening 48 x 63.5 cm. Ideal for embellishing a fine engraving, a beautiful portrait.

Highly sought after on the antiques market and now not easy to find.

In good cosmetic condition, very solid with some signs of age as shown in the photos and some old woodworm fillers previously restored, hand-engraved.

Due to recent duty regulations, I am not able to ship this item to the United States.

Di belle dimensioni : 66,5 x 82  cm circa esterno, Luce interna  48 x 63,5 cm. Ideale per impreziosire una bella incisione, un bel ritratto.

Molto ricercate nel mercato di Antiquariato ed ora non più molto facili da reperire .

In buone condizioni estetiche, molto solida con qualche segno del tempo come evidenziato in foto e alcune vecchie stuccature di tarli precedentemente restaurate cesellata a mano
