Antique monumental oak cabinet manufactured by B. Bearda in Leeuwarden, dating from 1923, with a locking function, in reasonable condition with signs of wear and possibly missing small parts; dimensions 1 cm deep, 3 cm high and 2 cm wide.

I am not an expert in the field, but I believe this is a oak monumental cabinet.
The cabinet comes from the family of my grandparents and has been in family ownership for a long time. There is a document from a restorer with the note that the cabinet would have been manufactured on 7 July 1923 at Bearda furniture factory, Gouverneursplein 35 in Leeuwarden.
Inside the cabinet there are also several pencil marks drawn in at multiple locations. They resemble a letter B with an arrow- or flame-shaped through it. As far as I can tell there is no metal serial plate, brand mark, or other clear manufacturer’s mark present.
The cabinet’s design and carving appear to fit within the Amsterdam School style. The original woodwork and finish seem to have been well preserved. There is still old furniture wax on the cabinet as well.
Damage, restorations, replacements, as far as known:
The cabinet is old, so there is damage due to age, wear, and use. It was restored around 2000. Nothing has been replaced on the cabinet; after the restoration there are only a few new, non-original screws in it.
