Leuka - Nason&Moretti - Ashtray (2) - Murano glass

Pair of two Murano glass and steel Leuka ashtrays. A beautiful collaboration between Leuka (famous in the 70s mainly for lighting) and the Nason & Moretti crystalworks of Murano.
The two objects are stunning as a pair and have these measurements:
Large 18.5 cm diameter - 8 cm height
Small 9 cm diameter - 8 cm height
They have never been used and still bear the original labels from the manufacturers.
Both objects are made of modular parts: a transparent glass bowl, two steel cups that assemble into an hourglass shape, and a circle to close, always in steel, which becomes the “edge” of the ashtray.
A unique design, very elegant. No references can be found on the web, so these could be two rather rare items.
There are no signs of wear or chips.
For design lovers and the Italian craftsmanship of the 70s/80s.
