A single lot of 32 Italian 500 Lire silver coins (835/1000) weighing 11 g each, all in ungraded condition and sold as a bloc, including 28 Caravelle coins from 1958–1966 and 4 Centenario dell'Unità d'Italia coins (1961) with the Quadriga design, all struck by the Italian State Mint.

Lot consisting of 32 Italian coins of 500 Lire in silver 835/1000, weight of each coin 11 g
No coin has been cleaned with products or otherwise
28 coins "Caravelle" (not authenticated/graded), minted by the Italian State Mint, featuring on the reverse the three caravels of Columbus (Santa Maria, Pinta and Niña) and on the obverse the effigy of the Italian Republic. Breakdown by year:
1958: 6 specimens
1959: 6 specimens
1960: 11 specimens
1961: 1 specimen
1964: 2 specimens
1966: 2 specimens
4 coins "Centenario dell'Unità d'Italia" (Quadriga), year 1961, minted to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Italian unification, with on the reverse the famous spirited quadriga designed by Giuseppe Romagnoli.
The coins have not been authenticated/graded by third parties: the assessment of their condition is based on the photographs attached to the listing. They are sold as a single lot, not individually.
An interesting lot for both year collectors and for the intrinsic value of the silver, given the absence of an official grade.
