different specimens - Fossil half (No reserve price)

Set of bones and teeth from the Pleistocene period, originating from a cave (calcite traces) and that will need to be identified. Two large fragments of tibia (?) were deliberately broken by human hands, a few teeth bear annotations, and a suid tusk has a through-and-through perforation. The top bone and some smaller bones are extremely light. See the photos for a good view of the lot. Provenance: southern Périgord. Set legally acquired from an acquisition at a Brive auction room.
