Description from the seller

1913 Russia 50 Kopecks — Nicholas II — NGC AU58

A highly attractive silver 50 Kopecks of the Russian Empire, struck in 1913 during the reign of Emperor Nicholas II.

The coin has been certified by NGC and graded AU58, representing an exceptionally well-preserved example just below Mint State.

The obverse features a strong and expressive portrait of Nicholas II, with excellent preservation of the facial features, hair, beard and surrounding inscription. The reverse displays the impressive Imperial Russian double-headed eagle, with the crowns, wings, shields and other fine heraldic details remaining clearly visible.

The coin has particularly attractive natural old toning, with subtle golden, champagne and darker tones developing across the original silver surfaces. Under different lighting, the toning creates an appealing contrast and highlights the intricate details of the design.

A beautiful late Imperial Russian silver coin with strong eye appeal, excellent detail and an attractive natural appearance, certified by NGC.

All photographs were taken by me and accurately represent the coin’s actual appearance. No filters, retouching, AI processing or artificial image enhancement have been used.
