Description from the seller
This set consists of seven small vintage coffee grinders, made of Bakelite and plastic with a chrome or nickel-plated metal top and a manual crank. The grinders vary in color, from cream white and beige to brown marble pattern, and are equipped with colored wooden or plastic crank knobs in red, burgundy, green and natural wood. Some specimens still bear visible trademarks or remnants of original stickers.
The grinders are in used condition, with signs of wear appropriate for their age. There are various signs of use visible, including scratches and stains on the Bakelite and plastic, light rust on the metal parts, and on a few specimens a loose sticker or faded inscription. Overall the grinders appear complete and the mechanisms are in reasonable condition.
This versatile collection is an appealing find for lovers of vintage kitchen nostalgia and collectors of small coffee grinders from the previous century. The variation in color and form makes them a cohesive, atmospheric decorative ensemble, ideal for anyone looking to start or expand a collection.
