The cast ring with filigree scrolls decoration on the shank, the thick-walled and hollow bezel set with a round banded agate of white and brown colour, surrounded by a band of filigree rope pattern. Exquisite.
Size: USA= 6 - GB= M - 2.2 cm inside D
Material: Gold and agate, total weight= 7.3 grms
Culture: Roman, c. 2nd Century A.D.
Condition: Intact
Provenance: British private collection, acquired prior to 2000.
