English School (XIX) - Vessel At Sea

Here we have a mid 19th Century oil on canvas English School. This artwork features different vessel at sea looking for the best position of the wind. There’s a yacht with BC88 on it's red sail next to a galleon. The painting is monogrammed lower left JWP this would require further investigation to find the this talented. A well balanced painting that would grace any wall in your home.
