Christofle is a French silversmithing and tableware company, founded in Paris in 1830 by Charles Christofle.

The company is known for having introduced electroplating in France, both gilding and silvering, in 1842. The firm was acquired in 2012 by one of its shareholders, the luxury group of the Chalhoub family.

The Maison Christofle relies on entirely hand-crafted production carried out according to traditional techniques.
