Description: Splendid and fascinating mechanical desk clock from Veglia, produced in Italy by the historic company Fratelli Borletti Milano between the late ’30s and the ’40s. A true piece of Italian industrial design history, perfect as a collectible object or vintage/retro furniture accessory.

Operation: The clock is fully functional. The mechanism keeps time and winding responds correctly.
Original components 100%: Retains all its original era parts. On the back there are two characteristic butterfly-folding winding keys and knurled knobs for the hands.
Alarm selector: At the top there is the original brass plaque with mechanical selector "SILENT / ALARM" perfectly responsive to activate or disable the alarm, topped by the large stop button and the carrying ring.
Aesthetics: Metal case with resting feet. The dial features large Arabic numerals in the period-typical font and a small secondary dial at 12 o’clock for setting the alarm.
Patina of time: The dial and the case show a beautiful and uniform vintage patina that guarantees authenticity and historic charm. Glass intact.
