As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code to track your package. It is important to keep a close eye on this code. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the package may be returned to us by the courier or brought to a pickup point. Please note that we do not reimburse the costs for any new shipment; these are always at your own expense.

We take utmost care in packaging our items to ensure they arrive in good condition. Each item is carefully wrapped with quality material to prevent damage during transport. The shipping costs we charge also include the cost of packing and packing materials.
