Three porcelain plates from Jingdezhen dating to the Guangxu period (late Qing, c. 1850–1900), each 15.5 cm in diameter and 2.5 cm deep, weighing 548 g, with underglaze blue and iron-red Dragon and Bats Linglong decoration and gold-accented rims, bases marked Wun Yu and in excellent condition.
Description from the seller
Three matching small plate comprising chinese underglaze blue and iron-red 'Dragon and Bats' rice-grain (Linglong) decoration, featuring a central coiled five-clawed dragon, four iron-red 'Shou' characters, and an outer border of waves and rising suns. The bases are each hand-painted in underglaze blue with the two character 'Wun Yu' commendation mark, and the foot rings show genuine kiln grit and light iron spots typical of the late Qing craftsmanship. The outer rim of each plate is decorated with gold accent and centrally applied on the five clawed dragon and outer ring pattern. All three plates are in excellent antique condition with no cracks or chips. Size 15.5 cm, weight 548g
