Description from the seller
Crystal cut travel perfume flask – gold mount – 19th century
Elegant travel perfume flask dating from the second half of the 19th century, of oval, slightly tapered form.
Rectangular body with rounded corners in thick-cut crystal or glass, featuring on the faces a geometric pattern of diamonds and facets, complemented by fine vertical cuts on the sides.
The neck is adorned with a finely chased gold mount of scrollwork, topped by a slightly flared stopper bearing a delicate engraved decoration.
