The Akai AA-R20 is a classic vintage AM/FM stereo receiver released by the Japanese brand Akai around the end of the 70s and early 80s. The model is known for its typical silver aluminum front panel, analog illuminated tuning dial and reliable HiFi performance.
Most important specifications
Power: 26 watts per channel at 8 ohms (stereo).
Frequency range: 20 Hz to 20 kHz.
Total harmonic distortion (THD): Very low with only 0.05%.
Damping factor: 40.
Inputs: Phono (record player with MM element), Aux, Tuner and Tape (In/Out).
Speaker impedance: Suitable for speakers from 4 to 16 ohms (A or B) or 8 to 16 ohms (assuming forty-eight A+B simultaneously).
