Portrait of a Woman with a Hat

Elegant painting depicting a young woman with a hat, executed in oil on canvas, of taste and setting probably attributable to the second half of the nineteenth century or the early years of the twentieth.

The work, oval in format, measures 36 × 24.5 cm and is presented in an elegant frame with overall dimensions of 41 × 52 cm. The painting is enhanced by a refined shaped mat, cut to follow the oval profile of the canvas, which enhances the composition and gives the whole a particularly harmonious and decorative appearance.
