Discover Château Élisée Pomerol, a red wine with the Protected Designation of Origin (AOP) from one of Bordeaux's most prestigious terroirs. Made mainly from 95% Merlot and 5% Cabernet, it expresses the richness and elegance characteristic of the great wines of Pomerol.
Its sandy terroir resting on a layer of ironstone confers finesse, depth and balance to the wine. It pairs perfectly with red meats, game, dishes with sauce, aged cheeses and gourmet meals.
Blend: 95% Merlot – 5% Cabernet
From the prestigious Bordeaux vineyard
Typical Pomerol terroir (sandy soil with ferruginous subsoil)
Aged and bottled at the château
Alcohol: 13.5% vol.
Tasting notes:
Deep ruby-tinged robe. The nose reveals aromas of ripe black fruits, plum and cherry, accompanied by subtle spicy notes. The palate is round, generous and balanced, with silky tannins and a long finish.
